I’m Alyssa Stroup, a filmmaker, videographer, and storyteller with a passion for capturing experiences that inspire connection and adventure. As a graduating Film Production major at Penn State University, I’ve gained hands-on experience across a wide range of projects, from working on a Four Seasons Resort commercial in Bali to creating promotional content for companies like Iron Valley Modular and APEX Homes, to working on set with FOX Sports. I’ve also built my production skills through internships with PBS, PSU Athletics, and C-Net where I contributed to live and recorded productions. Outside of school and professional work, I’ve developed a growing portfolio of travel content, as well as a love for travel filmmaking combining my love for exploration with my technical expertise. Wether I’m producing cinematic visuals, documenting real-world stories, or crafting promotional content for clients, I approach every project with creativity, professionalism, and a drive to tell stories that resonate.

In December I will be moving to Hollywood to take part in the Penn State Hollywood Program. While there I hope to use connections and hard work to move towards my goal of working in TV Series Production, while building my independent brand as a filmmaker and creator.
